Is my music secure on SoSyncable?
Yes. All tracks are fingerprinted on upload. Your files stay in your linked cloud storage — we never copy them to our servers.
Can agencies white-label the platform?
White-labeling is available on the Agency White Label plan ($249.95/mo) — a separate tier above Agency Standard. It includes a fully branded portal with your logo, colors, and custom domain so your clients never see SoSyncable. The base Agency Standard plan ($149.95/mo) gives you unlimited tracks and full AI enrichment but uses the SoSyncable interface.
What if I'm an agent who also uploads my own music?
Agency plans are built for exactly that. Your flat monthly fee covers unlimited track uploads for both your represented artists and your own catalog — all enriched, tagged, and searchable in one place. If you're approaching a high volume of uploads the platform will give you a heads-up, but there's no per-track charge and no surprise overages.
